Why there are no customer quotations here
The previously displayed names, ratings and project outcomes were not supported by review-source records available to this site. They have been removed rather than relabelled as authentic reviews. We do not infer a star rating from illustrative examples or claim that a review platform has verified this business.
A useful review should identify the responsible contracting business and the type of work. Energy Centre's research and enquiry-routing role is different from the work performed by a specialist division.
Request a reference relevant to your project
Ask the proposed contractor for a recent reference for a comparable property, technology and scope. A solar-only installation does not demonstrate experience commissioning a heat pump or designing battery backup.
The contractor should obtain the customer's permission before sharing contact details or a site visit. Do not ask for unredacted bills, private addresses or photographs without consent.
- Ask what was installed and which company performed the work.
- Distinguish the planned schedule from the actual completion and registration dates.
- Ask how changes, commissioning, faults and warranty requests were handled.
- Treat bill savings as contextual evidence: tariffs, occupancy and weather can change the result.
How to assess a published review
Read the dated original on the platform where it was submitted, including the business identity, the full text and any response. A screenshot or a copied quote may omit context. A review badge is not a qualification, and a positive rating does not guarantee the same outcome at another property.
Compare detailed accounts of scope, communication and aftercare rather than relying on a headline saving. A lack of published feedback is a reason to request documentation, not permission to invent a customer story.
Share feedback safely
Contact the division that contracted your work and describe the service, approximate date, what went well and what needs attention. If you contact Energy Centre for routing help, avoid including account numbers, exact meter identifiers or someone else's personal details in your first message.
For publication, request a consent and attribution process. Genuine feedback should not be rewritten into a claim about savings, certification or equipment performance that the records do not support.
